Speaker selection and monitoring process timeline. Our data collection process consists of two phases. In the first, we select a number of Speakers (active Twitter users that have been recently retweeted). In the second phase, we periodically monitor the Twitter activity of each Speaker (posts and changes in their set of followers) to identify TRF events
